Members Receive

• A day of fun at our CSA member potluck Harvest Festival. Bring the family and try out our Harvest Festival activities, pick a pumpkin, and eat some great food.
• Weekly newsletters filled with recipes, information, and what will be in your box that week.
• Monthly gift certificates to our stand and markets.

Trade in Box

• At each location there will be a 'trade in' box. Here you can trade an item of produce you have received.
  • Example: You can trade in your beets for a second head of lettuce.

Build your own CSA box

If you choose your pick up location for Heavenly Harvest Farm or any of the markets we attend, you can choose the "build your own box option". At these locations, you can bring your box/bags in and choose the produce that you would like for that week.

How it works

• Pick out your produce up to the value of your box.
• Take it up to a Heavenly Harvest Farm employee where they will add up your produce and mark you down for that week. Full box members choose up to $21.00, 3/4 box members choose up to $16.50.
• There is no credit for the excess dollar worth that is not used that week. Members must use the credit amount of money for that week, and are not allowed to tack it onto a different week.
• Heavenly Harvest Farm must be informed about missed boxes at least 7 days in advance. Up to 2 missed boxes may be added on the end of the season for an extended CSA season.

What you get:

A box of fresh produce every week. CSA lasts for 22 weeks: June (starting the first week)-October (ending the last week).

Your Full Box Includes: *The full box feeds a family of 4-5

• Varieties of seasonal fruits and vegetables including: Salad Mix, Broccoli, Peaches, Apples, Apple Cider, Leeks, Green Beans, Carrots, Squash, Herbs, Peppers, Corn, Strawberries, Raspberries, Radishes, Swiss Chard, Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, and much more. See our 'In-season' link for a list of our various produce and harvest schedule.
• The full box includes a larger amount of each variety, whereas the 3/4 box has the same variety but a smaller amount.

Your 3/4 Box Includes: *The 3/4 box feeds a family of 2-3

• All the same great variety of the full box, but not as much. We include all the favorite produce but much smaller portions to make it easier for the smaller or single family to use that week.

Payment Options:

You can either pay your box in full by May 20th or split it into two payments. If you split it into two payments they must be split as follows:

• Full Box: Two payments of $220. First payment due at registration, second payment due on July 1st.
• 3/4 Box: Two payments of $180. First payment due at registration, second payment due on July 1st.

Vacation Credit

If you are going to be gone a week or two during the season we will give you up to two boxes of credit. Please let us know 7 days in advance so your box does not get made. When you let us know you will be gone a week in advance we will extend your CSA season up to two weeks at the end.

We are not currently doing a Eugene CSA, but we have had many people express interest in a Eugene pick-up location. If you are interested in a Eugene location please email Sara at sara.heavenlyharvest@hotmail.com and let her know. If there is enough interest we will make a pick-up location in Eugene.

What else?

CSA Member Day: We will be holding a CSA member day this year. It is an opportunity for you, your family, and the rest of the CSA members to meet all of Heavenly Harvest's employees including the owners and farmers who grow your food every week. It is also a great opportunity to see our farm. We will be doing hayride tours around the farm to show you where it is all grown! The best part is the food! We will be preparing our fresh fruits and vegetables from some of our favorite recipes.

Newsletter: Every week we will be posting an online newsletter that will contain information about what is going on at the farm, what you are receiving in your box that week, and recipes that will give you some great ways to prepare our fresh produce and we know some amazing recipes.

Registration

To register or find out more about registration you have a few options. Click the 2009 registration link on the left, print it out and mail it in or bring it by a farmers market or our office (next to our stand). Visit our office or the Corvallis Saturday market or any of our other farmers markets to pick up an application.
